Security 24® BackMeApp is an exclusive application for subscribers to the security monitoring service of Security24®
Its main function is to provide users who are in situations of vulnerability the assistance of a specialized operator through 3 quick tools for sending a signal to the monitoring station.
These tools are:
Panic button: gives the possibility of sending a panic, medical emergency or fire signal to the monitoring station.
Antientradera: the application allows to program and activate in advance a panic signal that will be carried out after the estimated time has been met by the user. This function protects it at the moment of greater personal exposure and risk of intrusion that is the entry or exit of a property.
Secure trip: This is a user-programmable signal that will allow you to receive telephone assistance when moving from one point to another. In this case it will be necessary to enter the place of destination and the estimated travel time. When confirming these data, a countdown begins which, if not deactivated by the user, will notify the telephone operator that the person has not reached the destination in the expected time.
