The Buddhist temple is under attack from the evil demons, and only the good energy created by the meditation of the monks will drive them away. However, the demons aren't going to let the monks meditate in peace.
As the strongest and the bravest monk in the temple, you must defend your fellow monks whilst they meditate.
Defence is your main goal as you run around the temple, killing the demons before they get near the other monks. If any of the other monks get disturbed by the demons too many times, they will leave the temple, making it even harder to rid it of the evil.
As well as killing the demons, you can also collect power-up talismans that will perform several special tasks such as boosting the monks' good energy, or helping to reduce the evil energy. However, be warned that the demons may occasionally try to trick you by leaving a talisman that boosts their evil, so be careful what you touch.
Monks vs. Demons is a level-based arcade-style defense game, inspired by old ghost stories and legends from Japan. It starts off gently, but rapidly builds to a hectic pace as more and more demons flood the temple. How long can you hold off the evil?
