Dr. Driver is a driving simulator where you can drive wherever you want as fast as you want, so long as you don't run into anything.
You can choose the driving controls from a few options. You'll have a brake, an accelerator, and a steering wheel, which you can also swap out for your smartphone's accelerometer, in which case you tilt your smartphone to turn. You can also adjust the units of measurement, how to steer, and even the side of the road you drive on.
As you run into things, your car will slowly break apart, so you'll need to repair it or buy another with the coins you collect as you drive. Dr. Driver is a great way to drive around freely in a city with traffic and tricky streets instead of a circular track.
