As Twitter API 1.0 has been discontinued, versions prior to Ver. 1.6.2 can not be used.
The number of timeline acquisition times such as Home / @ / DM is limited to 15 times per 15 minutes.
This is a specification change on the Twitter side, so the app can not release or ease the restrictions.
