- Tell the app what kettlebells you have at home, and how comfortable are you with them (easy, normal, hard)
- Tell the app how many exercises it should generate for one group
- Press the Generate button to get a random exercise!
The generate button selects randomized exercises from different categories each time to enrich your home- or gym workout at any time - for free.
Our constantly updated database is built of:
- 15 Categories
- 50 exercises

with over to guarantee that your workouts are always interesting and new!
This means that a set of 5 exercises with 3 kettlebells has 2.5 billion combinations!
Some of the generated sets might be impossibly hard. Other sets are maybe too easy - this is a random generator app after all - It's up to you, to stand up to the challenge and test your limits!
