Since 2005, Dr. Salah El-Din Dakkadak has tried to establish the “International Journal of Jurisprudence and Law.” It is a Moroccan electronic monthly court magazine that is interested in Sharia and law issues and publishes research and scientific studies in the jurisprudence, legal and comparative fields. This is the desired communication between researchers in legal sciences and researchers in legal sciences, so that benefit prevails and comparison takes place. For this one knows the other’s opinion of the Sharia, and the other introduces him to the opinion of the law, and a third introduces us to the points of convergence and difference between the two jurisprudences, so we serve Islamic jurisprudence and positive law at the same time, so everyone benefits and communication and brotherhood happen and we win With the general reward in this world and the Hereafter, and we contribute as much as possible through serious and sober scientific research in development and in activating the national initiative for human development launched by His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may God grant him victory and support, so come to contribute to the building of the magazine, and God is the Guide to the straight path.
