The ENERGETICS training app is a pocket-sized personal trainer, to intensify your home training. Define your individual fitness with more than 600 exercises for the 3 different levels: beginner, intermediate and advanced. The App is very simple to operate. Choose between the categories Recovery, Yoga/Pilates, Functional Training and Strength, select the small device you have at home and start the randomly created workout.
