Estacione Digital is the application created to computerize the parking lot in São José do Rio Preto (SP).
This application is integrated with the collection system of the city's revolving parking lot, which also includes the purchase of credits through the internet and also in the accredited points of sale.

How does the Digital Station work?
It's very simple! Simply download the application, register your data and the license plate of your vehicle, select and buy the value of the credits you want to acquire and ready. With the credits you have, you can validate the use of the tickets when you need them.


How do I register?
After downloading, open the application and press the Sign Here button. Fill in the CPF field, check the "I am not a robot" option and click Continue. Fill in the registration form with your personal data, confirm the password and Save.


How is the vehicle registered in the application?
Go to the side menu and choose the Vehicle Registration option. Press the New button (+ sign) and register the desired vehicle license plate. You can register as many cards as you want, and you can change data, if necessary, by the application itself.

How are tickets purchased?
Go to the side menu and choose the Ticket Purchase option. Select the number of hours and purchase with a credit card.

How to use purchased tickets?
Go to the side menu and choose the Use Hours option. Check the amount of hours you have available, select the vehicle license plate and press the Use button. Ready! Then, just confirm on the next screen and the ticket will be validated.


Does the application send proof of hours usage?
Yes! After confirming the use of the hours, the user will receive in the e-mail registered the confirmation of the voucher.


How to check the history of the tickets used?
Go to the side menu and choose the Time Usage History option. A proof of use is inserted in the history and is available to the user for consultation and follow-up.



How will the traffic agent do the surveillance?
You do not need to leave anything on the windshield to prove that you have activated your ticket. Traffic agents will be able to check the vehicle's license plate by digital consultation. All integrated into the Digital Station system!


If I have more than one vehicle registered, can I search for tickets by license plate?
Yes! Go to the side menu and choose Search Ticket per Card. This feature allows the user to see whether the selected card is active ticket or not.


Will I receive any warning that the time is running out?
Yes! You will receive two warnings: the first with 15 minutes to expire and the other when you expire.
