Network Companion

Network companion is a carrier application, owned and developed by DISH Wireless, that includes features for device diagnostics, remote troubleshooting and automated testing. Part of the testing suite is the remote triggering of different call cases such as SMS, MMS, Voice, Data and Web that can be initiated on a device to a) troubleshoot a specific device, b) assist DISH in building out our nationwide 5G network with the user's consent.

The app helps DISH Wireless provide the best possible experience for our customers on any of our brands (Boost Mobile and Project Genesis). It helps us monitor network performance, collect data for product improvement, and gives us a tool to remotely support you, as a customer, if you have any issues with your device. To help you help us collect network performance data, the app features a Speed test function.
