Introduction to the functions of the Taxi Finder App
1. Use secure messaging services:
All data transmission on the Taxi Finder APP uses HTTPS encryption to protect the security of data transmission!

2. The map visually displays available vehicles nearby.

3. How to enter the pick-up and drop-off address:
Provides a variety of input methods, including automatic completion of address input, voice input, frequently used addresses, or obtaining addresses from the center of the map.

4. Automatically estimate the fare/mileage/time of the pick-up and drop-off route.

5. When filling in a ride order, you can choose:
Instant or scheduled ride-hailing methods, three vehicle types: general/multi-purpose/long-term care, and a variety of electronic payment methods. After version 3.0, multiple vehicles can be called at the same time.

6. Real-time vehicle monitoring:
When the taxi is successfully requested, the driver's photo, status, real-time location, license plate number, name, estimated time of arrival, and other information will be displayed directly on the panel below the map.
There are other function buttons:
Driver position: Quickly center the driver's current position.
Driver information: You can view the driver's profile picture, vehicle information, vehicle license, and practice registration certificate.
Change address: If you need to change the pick-up and drop-off address, you can do it directly on the App without calling customer service.
Cancel order: You can cancel the car.
Contact customer service: You can quickly open the dialing interface to dial the customer service hotline.

7. Instant messaging:
When the order is in progress, you can instantly text message with customer service and driver.

8. Ratings and comments:
After getting off the bus, you can rate and comment on the ride.

9. Provide a variety of electronic payment methods:
It provides fare payment methods such as LinePay, Jiekou Pay, Pipai Wallet, Orange Branch, Quanpay, Quanying+Pay, and corporate electronic signature checkout.

10. Commonly used ride-hailing address management:
You can add your frequently used addresses to the list of frequently used addresses and set them as home or work. After that, the frequently used address items will be displayed on the ride-hailing page, making it easy to enter addresses quickly.

11. Query ride-hailing records:
You can view your historical real-time/reservation ride details, driving tracks, and your previous ratings and comments. If you have any lost items or other questions, you can leave a message about the order (non-real-time).

12. Enterprise electronic signature:
Corporate users of Crown Fleet can bind their corporate account to the APP and scan the driver's QRCode when riding, or the driver can scan your QRCode electronic signature for payment. Enterprise users can also log in to the enterprise backend website through the login link to manage your signing.

13. Member account management:
You can manage your member information and change passwords. After version 3.0, you can permanently delete your account.

14. Recommend relatives and friends:
You can share your taxi-finding APP experience with your relatives and friends through FB, Twitter, SMS, email, LINE, etc.

You can view the latest news and updates on the App.
