After downloading and opening the app, a beautiful image of a starry night sky appears. In the middle of the screen you have a Play button, and at the bottom several timer options: 30 minutes, 90 minutes, 180 minutes, or endless.
Select how long you want the music to go for, tap Play, and close your eyes. Soon you'll be swept away in a moment of relaxation and you can let your mind be lulled by the music into a calm and deep sleep. Plus you can fall asleep knowing your Android will automatically turn the app off after the set time, so it's not running all night.
