Salmo 30

1 I will exalt thee, O LORD, because thou hast raised me up, and hast not let my enemies enjoy me.
2 LORD my God, I cried unto you for help, and thou healed me.
3 Lord, you brought me out of the grave; about to go down to the grave, you returned me to life.
4 Sing praises to the Lord, you believers; praise your holy name.
5 For his anger lasts only a moment, but his favor lasts a lifetime; crying may persist one night, but in the morning the joy erupts.
6 When I felt safe, I said, I will never be moved!
7 Lord, with thy favor hast thou given me firmness and stability; But when you hid your face, I was terrified.
8 I cried unto thee, O LORD; I have asked the LORD for mercy:
9 If I die, if I go down to the pit, what advantage shall there be? Will the dust praise you? Will you proclaim your faithfulness?
10 Hear, Lord, and have mercy on me; Lord, be my help.
11 Thou hast changed my mourning in dance, My mourning garment In gladness,
12 That my heart may sing praises to thee, and not be silent. Lord my God, I will give you thanks forever.
