The Qur'an or the Holy Qur'an, according to Muslims, is a holy book whose verses were revealed to the Islamic prophet Muhammad by Allah through the angel named Gabriel. In the Islamic faith, the Qur'an proves that Muhammad was a true prophet.
Besides the Qur'an, Muslims define the Bible, Torah and Psalms as holy books sent to people by Allah.
