With this app you can use 3 types of work for your workout.

On one page you can create endless metabolic circuit boards to lose weight or burn abdominal fat accompanied by 4 countdowns, one for 15 minutes, one for 20 minutes, one for 25 minutes and one for 30 minutes and you can choose up to 8 types of exercises at your choice.

On one page you can create unlimited forms for muscle mass and be able to enter from 3 to 12 types of exercises. You have the possibility to choose all types of exercises and for each exercise you can choose the amount of rounds and repetitions to perform, all with a countdown.

On the third page I have inserted a boxe-timer for those who practice martial arts, boxing or kickboxing.
