Mobilny ŚKUP

The application allows you to purchase ZTM tickets directly in the application (options: "buy and go" and "Ticket purchase). It also allows you to independently save tickets and top-ups on the ŚKUP card, which have been purchased via the Customer Portal (www.portal.kartaskup.pl). Technological requirements: smartphone that supports NFC modules.

In the Mobile ŚKUP application you can:
- purchase a single-travel, group and baggage ticket under the "Buy and go" option after payment, tickets are automatically validated and displayed on the screen in the form of a QR code (they are not saved on the card),

- purchase each ticket from the ZTM tariff to be saved on the ŚKUP card (period tickets from the indicated date and metrotickets on a personalized card can be displayed in the form of a QR code on the application screen),

- save on the ŚKUP card the tickets purchased by the Customer Portal
- enter the amount added to the e-purse on the ŚKUP card
- check the timetable of buses, trams and trolleybuses
- check current messages on the functioning of public transport
- send a complaint
- send a report of a vehicle breakdown, a validator, etc.
