Plus, you can have urgent care visits with board-certified physicians, assistance with medications, and scheduling and transportation assistance through Nurse Connect.
Not sure where to begin? Follow these simple steps to get started:
1. Download the app from Google Play Store using your phone, tablet or laptop.
2. Use the same login information that you use to view your Broward Health medical records online.
From there, you'll be able to see your physician from home! Get care for many common concerns including:
- Allergies
- Cold
- COVID-19
- Flu
- Pink eye
- Urinary tract infection
Participating providers can also allow you to add your HealthKit data to your electronic medical record.
