◆What is TicketQR?
The TicketQR app is a convenient app that allows you to use public transportation such as trains and buses easily and cashlessly using your smartphone. It is widely used in resident services mainly provided by local governments, and is used by both local residents and tourists.

・Easy cashless use: You can easily use public transportation using the TicketQR system with just a smartphone.
- Expanding scope of use: The service is currently being rolled out in various areas, including public transportation in Ueda City, Nagano Prefecture (from October 1, 2020) and Matsumoto City, Nagano Prefecture (from April 2020).
・Nationwide expansion: Currently, the TicketQR system is being widely adopted not only in Nagano Prefecture but also in public transportation and resident services provided by local governments throughout Japan.
・Promoting cashless payments: Convenience is improving as the world moves towards cashless payments.

◆QR codes that can be used
- Pay-as-you-go payment using the deferred payment method (various electronic payments such as PayPay, d payment, and credit card payment immediately)
・Prepaid commuter passes, coupon tickets, and prepaid tickets
・Also available for student discounts and disability discounts
・For those who cannot use the app, paper media with a QR code printed on them is also available.

◆About app user registration
・When registering, please enter your phone number and date of birth to confirm your identity.
・You can use it immediately after registering.

◆How to use
・Simply launch the app and hold the QR code you wish to use over the dedicated terminal installed at the entrance/exit of the vehicle.
・After getting off the bus, please pay the fare.

◆About paying the fare
◎For electronic payment
After getting off the train, please proceed to the payment screen of the app.
We accept various electronic payments and credit cards.
*Please prepare an electronic payment app on your smartphone in advance.
*The current electronic payment support status is for the following company brands.
"PayPay", "d Pay", "auPay", "Merpay", "LINEPay", "WeChatPay", "GooglePay", "ApplePay"

◎You can also use commuter passes, coupon tickets, and prepaid tickets issued by the transportation facility you are using.
In this case, the liquidation will be done automatically, so no action is required.
[Note] Available ticket types vary depending on each transportation facility. Please contact each transportation agency for details.

◎Electronic payments can be used to pay for missing charges due to transit, etc., and for combined payments for multiple people.

◆About usage history
・You can view the history of usage dates, sectors, fares, and payment methods on the app.
・You can also check the expiration date of your commuter pass, the number of tickets remaining, and your prepaid balance.

◆ Regarding transfer when changing model or changing phone number
- If you issue a transfer key in advance, you can transfer your current user information when changing models or changing your phone number.
