In [BOTTS], the following essential access rights are required.

1) [Required] Camera permission (android.permission.CAMERA)
-> For uploading images of bulletin board attachments

2) [Required] External storage access (read/write) permission (WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE,READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE)
-> Required when uploading and downloading bulletin board attachments

It is stated that it is not used for any other purpose other than the above and this policy will not change in the future.
