The Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation) is a codified normative act regulating public relations on bringing to responsibility for committing an administrative offense, as well as establishing general principles, a list of all administrative offenses (which can be supplemented at the regional level), bodies considering cases, the procedure for bringing to responsibility and the procedure for executing decisions in cases of administrative offenses.
