Your health insurance company is always with you with the Meine AOK app. Reach your AOK quickly, conveniently and safely, from anywhere and around the clock. This saves you time, unnecessary journeys and costs. You can also get active with our bonus program and be rewarded for a healthy lifestyle.

Avoid paper and contact your AOK digitally. Send and receive messages securely and encrypted at any time.
SUBMIT DOCUMENTS
Submit documents, such as invoices, conveniently via the app. Also for your family-insured relatives.

USE:
• Not yet registered in the “My AOK” online portal?
Download the Meine AOK app and register directly in the app. We will send you an activation code by post. Enter this code in the app and use all functions immediately.
• Already registered in the “My AOK” online portal?
Download the Meine AOK app and log in with your access data. We will send you an activation code to your personal mailbox. Enter this code in the app and use all functions immediately.
REQUIREMENTS:
• You are insured with AOK and are at least 15 years old
• Your smartphone runs at least Android version 9.0
SECURITY OF YOUR DATA:
We ensure the best possible security for your health data. Using the Meine AOK app works via a 2-factor login. Compliance with the legal provisions on data protection is a matter of course for us.
