We propose you to use the wizard to health care in the EU, which summarizes your demands in the EU, EEA and Switzerland in the Contracting States. In the application we have tried to describe to the fullest extent and also the most comprehensive procedures that you should know before you travel to any of the above mentioned countries. If we are in some exceptional cases, in the interest of clarity, some texts shortened, we also link to the full text on the pages www.kancelarzp.cz.
The procedures outlined in the "States" are designed especially for those of you who are in the European Union are moving with the European health insurance card as tourists, and are broken down by country.
In the general section, we then at least generally tried to describe your demands not only during temporary stays in another state, but also in some other situations eg. If in another state are working and living in the CR, or if you are going after their active work to another Member State to move.
We certainly hope and believe that you stay abroad will complicate any health problems such as sudden illness or injury. However, such a situation can not be ruled out. We would be pleased if the information contained in this application help exercise your claim the best way for your health and most in terms of your expenses.
