Become a volunteer or Host member of WWOOF Australia and login to the free WWOOF Australia App with your Website login details to gain access to around 800 Host Farms Australia wide and over 1400 volunteers.
Newly joined WWOOF members should wait 24 hours to allow the App to upload their details before attempting to login to the free WWOOF App. Please set up your WWOOF Profile, calendar and Gallery on the WWOOF website before using the App. If your membership lapses, you will need to renew it on our website and wait 24 hours before logging into the WWOOF App.
WWOOFers can search for Hosts and view your search results in a list or on a map. Filter the Host search by State, Type of Farm, Farming methods and use key words such as horses, wineries, or Permaculture to find a Host that suits you best. Save the most interesting Hosts to your Favorites list, and view these on a map or list. Call or message hosts or WWOOFers direct from their profile.
Hosts can also search the App for WWOOFers, filter their search by age and visa type, and view these WWOOFers on a Map to find nearby volunteers. Hosts can also save their best prospective WWOOFers to Favorites & contact WWOOFers by phone or message from their profile.
The WWOOF App also provides proof of Membership to show your Host on arrival.
The WWOOF App loads all registered WWOOF Hosts and Volunteers when you log in with your WWOOF Website username and password. The Hosts remain visible in the app while offline and will refresh when connected to the Internet, including all New Hosts, and any updates to Host entries.
The WWOOF Notice Board and messaging need Internet access to function. Availability calendars and Galleries can only be edited on the website while logged in, but once these have been edited, they are visible in the App. Joining and renewing your membership must also be done on the WWOOF website.
View and edit your own Profile on the App, see your expiry date on your Profile so you always know when you will need to renew your membership. Don't be shy! Talk all about why you joined WWOOF, your dreams and plans, hobbies, skills and what you would like to learn or teach.
