The application helps to ensure that data on accidents are recorded and transmitted to the AIS OSAGO for the purpose of applying to the insurance company for the victim in case of an accident without the participation of authorized police officers in cases when the accident participants have disagreements regarding the incident (in this case, max. 100 thousand rubles.), or when there is no disagreement and the participants draw up the so-called "unlimited Europrotol" (detailed conditions on the PCA website - https://www.autoins.ru/evropeyskiy-protokol/uproshchennoe-oformlenie-dtp/).
After installing this application on a smartphone or tablet computer equipped with a camera, it is necessary to perform authorization through the “State Services” portal (a confirmed account is required). Then you can take photographs of vehicles and their damage at the crash site, record the coordinates of the crash site and the time of the crash based on the use of signals from global satellite navigation systems or cellular base stations and transmit the received photo images with additional information about the crashes via the Internet to AIS OSAGO where they can be obtained by insurers for consideration of the victim’s claim for insurance compensation in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
 
Without authorization through the “State Services” portal, the application provides the ability to check the CTP policy by scanning the QR code, as well as by manually entering the policy number and series.
