For this first thought was in a wood oven, which has always been good pizzas cooked giving it an aroma and taste different and special.

We knew that a good pizza had to have the best ingredients and from day one this has been our line, fresh and high turnover. Another very important part for us is our mass to which we pay all our attention, elaborating it daily and giving it a special fermentation process, which gives it its special flavor and aroma.
