The system has five user types – portals: admin, teacher, librarian, student, and parent portal.

Generates student's results, class results, student transcript, best students in every subject, master mark sheet, cass marks, etc.

Challenge yourself with an interesting quiz on WAEC exams on all the major subjects. This quiz really makes learning fun.

Exam Resources
Get access to an array of WASSCE, GABECE, and internal exam past question papers.

Student Testimonial
This module allows the school admin to produce testimonials for students.

Results Analytics
Visual representation, in the form of charts, of students' results in a particular subject is shown in this module.
Among other powerful analytics, this module also generates term performance analysis between genders of respective classes.

Statistics
Displays a visual representation of the gender, nationality, and age bracket disparity of students.

Complains and Suggestions
Report a complaint, and satisfaction, and make suggestions to the school. Make a report, anytime, anonymously to protect your identity and express your opinion openly and without fear or hesitation.

School Calendar
Shows events of the school in a calendar. Each event displays the title and date of the event.

Library
Record the books in the school library and manage the borrowing of those books to teachers & students.

Timetable
Set class & exam timetables for students. Students can view the timetables using their portal.

Announcements
Allows the school administration to make an announcement to staff only or to all system users.
