The COGLIVING ™ App is a science-backed, technology-tracked, coach-inspired Journey personalized for you to manage the impact of chronic disease. Your custom journeys can provide you BETTER health, MORE energy, BETTER memory, HIGHER quality of life!

Your Coach provides a structured Journey that will improve your health and quality of life by engaging your four pillars of health: Sleep, Active Life, Managing Stress and Healthy Nutrition. COGLIVING uses Cognitive Behavior Therapy techniques to manage your four Health Pillars.

What makes our health Journeys so uniquely effective is to provide solutions that overcome your thoughts and behaviors that get in the way of better health. Our easy-to-use app gives you expert advice and exercises developed by experts and tracks your daily progress to enjoy better health.

We provide a simple and effective way to repair, restore and replenish our overworked bodies and brains. COGLIVING understands your personal health needs and gives you the tools and techniques to make significant improvement in your health. Even when facing chronic health conditions that have been an issue for years. We focus on long-lasting behavior change so good sleep lasts well past the program.

Our proprietary platform has integrated structured 8-week Journeys that address 10 different chronic disease challenges. Heart diseases like Heart Failure. Breathing health challenges like COPD and asthma. Blood sugar management for anyone suffering from Diabetes or Prediabetes. And many more.

Daily coaching sessions

Our animated digital coach delivers short, but informative Coaching sessions daily. This gives you information on how and why your activities throughout the day affect your health. We also provide you with the skills to improve all four health pillars. It's an easy, fun and informative way to adopt healthy habits you can sustain for the rest of your life.

Daily Journal & Check-ins

You provide feedback with your Journal and Check-Ins. We gather health data by self report and what you share in your wearables.

We use the information you share to tailor your health Journey specifically for you. The app tracks your progress and charts your health quality improvements.

Goal setting and tracking

You set your health Goals; those activities that will have the most impact on improving your health and quality of life. Your progress is reviewed daily. You can review your health risk anytime your wish. Easy to use charts show progress throughout the journey.

Share your health data with your Healthcare Team

You're in control. You can invite people that are associated with your health care to access to your health data in our app.

Your Provider can also offer guidance for specific Coaching Sessions and Health Journeys within the app.

You can also message your Providers and COGLIVING Support Team within the app for real-time feedback and support.

Coaching Content Library

Hundreds of tips are available covering all kinds of health topics and what to do if you have specific health challenges.
