With the BMI Calculator you can check your body mass index, learn your ideal weight and body fat percentage. Calculations are based on the standard formula used by WHO.
Please note: BMI is a rough estimation. The results can be misleading for users who are well muscled or who have lost significant amount of muscle.
Weight classification guide:
Underweight = less than 18.5
Normal weight = 18.5 - 24.9
Overweight = 25 - 29.9
Obesity = 30 - 35
Severe obesity = 35 and more
