BloodRealm: War of Gods is a card-based strategy and role-play game which is fairly similar to that of the more traditional Magic: The Gathering game released by MicroProse in 1997. Like Magic: The Gathering, BloodRealm: War of Gods offers some intense turn-based combat against the computer and an ever-advancing story.
The combat system, of course, is similar that of the aforementioned Magic: the Gathering, so it will feel familiar without being identical. This means that both veterans and new players will be challenged by it.
The game's story, which places you in a fantasy world where you must fight vengeful gods, will unfold as you win battles and get new cards. With experience and gold, you can improve your abilities.
Visually speaking, BloodRealm: War of Gods is an outstanding game. The card design is very good, and even the map and all the other interface elements have an exquisite look.
