Rubik.io is a minimal and easy to use Rubik's cube game where you can
- Play with Virtual 3x3 Rubik's Cube and also solve it in this game
- Integrated Stopwatch for evaluating your solve time
- Compete with your friend's or family members
The app is totally free and comes with a Simplified Modern UI. There are 43,252,003,274,489,856,000 possible states of a 3 x 3 x 3 Rubik's cube and Rubik.io can be used to solve and perform any possible moves:
⭐ Advanced method (Kociemba's two-phase method) - Solves any scramble in an average of 21 moves. This solving method is recommended for most users.
⭐ Fridrich method (CFOP method) is a Layer layer method consisting of 4 steps - Cross, F2L, OLL, PLL. Solutions is further divided into 7 steps - Cross, 4 steps for every F2L pair, OLL, PLL. The average solution length is 70.
You can choose any one of these methods to solve your cube. After choosing the solving method, the solution is played on a 3D model step by step so you can follow along easily.
Rubik.io also comes with a Stopwatch and a shuffling algorithm that generates random scrambles and cube states for corresponding scramble so that you can time and evaluate your solves. So, go ahead and prove yourself 😉
