City of the Undead is an RPG set in a post-apocalyptic world where humanity is found on the brink of extinction due to a zombie invasion. Your job is to lead a group of survivors, send your characters to complete different missions, explore locations, fight against zombies, and much more.
You have a home base where you can manage all your resources. From the base, you can assign tasks to each of the survivors, use different objects, talk to some of the characters, and of course, plan expeditions to different areas.
The expeditions to dangerous ares will take up most of your time in City of the Undead. During these missions, you normally have to fight against tons of enemies in exciting turn-based combats. Each of your characters have a variety of skills and different types of attacks that let you fight more or less effectively against the zombies and mutants that get in your way.
In addition to fighting, in City of the Undead, you also have to explore different locations. While out exploring, you'll have to make decisions, break locks, and hack computers. You goal, in any case, is to get the most resources you possibly can.
City of the Undead is a really complete RPG with a fun combat system and great graphics. Even though the whole zombie atmosphere is a bit overdone, it still manages to be really entertaining.
