Pops Frenzy is a fun title with gameplay based on the famous Fruit Ninja, but with certain added features that make it shine in its own right.
The idea of this game of reflexes and skill is to use a katana to pop all the bubbles in your bathroom – but while watching out for the red skulls, because if you try to pop one of those it's game over. The system for handling your katana makes it so you can play a single game in two very different ways: by tapping each bubble individually, which gets you fewer points but considerably reduces the risk of being surprised by one of the deadly skull-bubbles, or by brandishing your sword and popping a bunch of bubbles in one swoop, which creates combos that multiply your score but exposes you to death at the hands of unexpected skulls.
Each level has a minimum score you have to hit, but if you're not satisfied, you can re-do all the levels in Pops Frenzy trying to get the top score and all three stars for each setting. This significantly increases the playable life of this fun game that'll put your visual acuity and reflexes to the test.
