The objective of the IFB Service Ambassador (SA) (Technician) App is to provide access to IFB Technicians, a mobile solution so that they can access and execute the relevant scenarios of IFB Service-related processes from field locations (customer premises, service center premises etc.) thus reducing the load and dependency on Franchise/Service Center Back End staff for data entry etc.
