Now Muscovites have the opportunity to:

• communicate with neighbors in a common house chat;
• publish announcements and announcements;
• receive information from neighbors in electronic form;
• fix problems in the apartment and house using online applications;
• pay utility bills online;
• receive up-to-date information about accidents and planned work carried out in the house;
• be aware of the activities of their managing organization and establish interaction with it;
• to learn news of the house and area;
• receive useful information from the housing and communal services sector in an easy and accessible form thanks to the texts of the project's editorial board.

The pilot project "Electronic House" began to work on February 27, 2018 as part of the "Active Citizen" project as a new way of making important decisions on the life of an apartment building using digital technologies.
