Megalogic Phoenix Gamma

Mobile module of the Megalogic Phoenix platform, for the management and supervision of crews.

It offers a set of tools to the staff of the crew, for carrying out technical visits for the installation and maintenance of products and services at the customer's home.

It also offers supervisory personnel real-time monitoring tools of the work performed by each crew.

The application provides the following functionalities:

- Access to the agenda of assigned visits
- Georeferenced visualization of the daily route
- Access to technical information related to the visit to be carried out
- Validation of the georeferenced position of the technician, prior to the start of each task
- Automatic registration of the georeferenced position of the technician
- Record of tasks performed
- Photographic record of the work carried out
- Registration of the materials used
- Registration of equipment installed and/or removed
- Capture of the client's electronic signature
- Automatic data synchronization
- Data download to allow operation in areas without mobile data coverage
- Push notifications
- Inventory management of equipment and materials for each crew
