The Law of the Russian Federation "On Protection of Consumer Rights" is a law of the Russian Federation that regulates relations arising between consumers and manufacturers, performers, sellers, importers in the sale of goods (performance of work, provision of services), establishing the rights of consumers to purchase goods (works, services) of proper quality and safe for life, health, property of consumers and the environment, obtaining information about goods (works, services) and their manufacturers (performers, sellers), education, state and public protection of their interests, as well as the determining mechanism for the implementation of these rights.
