USE:
• Are you not yet a member of the “My AOK” online portal?
Then download the My AOK app and register directly. To protect your data, you will receive an activation code by post. After receipt and entry, you can use all functions directly.

Then download the My AOK app and log in with your user name and password from the “My AOK” online portal. To activate your smartphone, we will send you an activation code directly to your email inbox. Once received and entered, you can immediately use all functions.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Insured with AOK (minimum age 15 years)
• Android (compatible from 9.0)
• Minimum app version 5.1.0
