TweetDeck (Twitter, Facebook) is an application that lets you manage your Twitter account in a convenient way: from your Android device, with Facebook integration, and many other options at your fingertips.
The application will let you associate as many accounts as you like with Twitter, and you can display and sort the columns. The normal way to do this, for example, would be to have a column for your 'timeline', another for mentions, and a third for direct messages. While if you have multiple accounts, you may want to go without some of them.
When writing a Tweet, all you have to do is select the account from which you want to send it, and click 'send'. Also, you can see what you responded in every reply you send.
