Or you're a business and you want to target a wider audience, not just the occasional pedestrian that may happen to walk by your sidewalk chalkboard and may or may not take the time to read your special offering. This app is for you.

Speckles is a photo-based free mobile application that finds food and drink specials that are posted by businesses near you (10 mile radius). The idea is simple. Think of it as a notice board for discounts: Businesses post pictures of their specials, while users view and can also share them. Examples of specials you can find around you are brunch specials, happy hours, etc.
