GP Meeting

The Gram Panchayat (GP), as the local government in rural areas, is primarily responsible for delivery of various local services to their residents. The Institutional Strengthening of Gram Panchayat Project (ISGPP) aims at strengthening the institutional processes related to decision making and implementation with better participation, transparency and accountability; building capacity at all levels including mentoring and better oversight functioning and monitoring the coverage and quality of services delivered.

Gram Panchayat’s planning stage comprises of various processes of decision making such as meetings of the Gram Sansad / Gram Sabha and the Standing Committee/ General Body of the GP and ultimately finalizing the list of activities with estimates to be taken up with untied funds and the expected time-frame.

This App helps in capturing (Geo-tagging with date-time stamp) the different meeting of the Gram Panchayats and also provides provision to record important conversation (during the meeting) through voice recordings. Geo-tagged picture of the meeting can also be captured with this app.
