1. How to set the password or pattern lock?
A: As soon as you enter Private Photo Vault, it will ask you to create private password , you can use pattern lock or password lock based on your own love.
2. How to hide photo ?
A: In safe photo vault, press "+" button to view photo in your gallery . Choose sensitive photo or private photos and important photos to lock in the vault.
3. How to hide video?
A: In the left menu list, you will find the hide video page.
In safe video vault, press "+" button to view video in your gallery . Choose sensitive or private video to lock in the vault.
4. How to lock files?
A: In the left menu list, you will find the hide file page.
In lock file page, press "+" button to view file in your phone storage . Choose private file doc or sound file to lock in the vault.
5. How many files I can add at one time?
A: You can add file, photo or video one by one, or multi choosing and add at the same time. Suggest you to lock not too many at the same time.
6. What if I forget the password?
A : There is a forget password button on the lock page, you can follow the instructions to reset passwords.
7. How to change passwords?
A : In the left menu list, you will find the " settings" page. You can find " reset passwords " options there. You can shift to password to pattern or from pattern to passwords lock. Up to you.
