Welcome to “Aaple Sarkar-Grievance Redressal Portal”. This portal has been created to provide convenience to citizens by allowing them to lodge a grievance through their mobile phones or computers. This removes the need for them to appear at any location to file a physical grievance. Now filing of grievance as well as tracking the status of the same is possible online through this portal. This saves a large amount of time and effort.
The grievance will be addressed by the competent authority within a period of 21 working days. Citizens can provide feedback for the quality of resolution of grievance through a "Satisfied" / "Dissatisfied" option.
This portal would definitely help in improving the citizen service delivery and also in transforming the government intomore transparent, efficient and citizen-centric mode.
One-stop platform for citizens of Maharashtra to seek redressal of their grievances
The grievances can be filed under appropriate category (District Administration/ Mantralaya departments). Once grievance has been submitted, a tracking number will be generated. Citizens can track the status of the grievance with the help of the tracking number. The grievance will be addressed by the competent authority within a period of 21 working days.
