The company has the loyalty of 2,000 customers in distribution in addition to the 1,500 customers who daily visit the points of sale that the company owns, the latter representing 50% of total billing.

750 square meters of our facilities are dedicated to the public sales room, both to the final consumer and to the professional (butcher shops, bars, restaurants, etc.) We have extensive opening hours that go from 06:00 in the morning until 22:00 at night without interruption and from Monday to Saturday.

Own brand

More than 25 years ago we began, in a completely traditional way, the production of pre-cooked products: Pork and chicken skewers, breaded chicken fillets, hamburgers. In this way, the "Sola Ricca" brand was born, which very soon became a benchmark in the sector for its quality and price. We currently have a team of more than 30 qualified professionals and the most modern machinery for manufacturing: Breaders, Grinders, Vacuum machines, Freezing tunnel.

Estremadura

Sola Ricca Extremadura began its commercial journey in 2004 with a share capital of €1,300,000.

Company owned by Juan José Sola Ricca, S.A., and integrated into its Group of Companies, fully develops its activity for the food sector with:

Poultry slaughterhouse with a slaughter capacity of 6,000 birds/hour.
Cutting room, with a capacity to process 6,000 birds/hour.
Cold store with a capacity of 8,000 m3.
Sales room of 1,500 m2.

Only Ricca Extremadura is employing approximately one hundred people, almost all of whom are from its area of ​​influence.

Slaughterhouse

We are currently slaughtering more than 600,000 birds per month from both our own farms, located in the autonomous community of Extremadura, and from the entire national geography and which are destined for both the national market and for export.
All processes are carried out following the strictest health and quality standards, and they are also constantly supervised by technicians and veterinarians appointed by the Health Department of the Junta de Extremadura.
For all this we have one of the most modern facilities and machinery that can currently be found in the European Community.
