App Description
The Salute Marche APP is one of the tools put in place by the Marche Region and aimed at multi-channeling some services to citizens.
Primarily created for the booking of healthcare services alongside the telephone CUP, pharmacies, district branches and the web interface, it has subsequently evolved to offer further useful services to the citizen.
In fact, the APP allows the booking, cancellation and transfer of healthcare services, the payment of the relative ticket and satellite navigation up to the delivery facility.
All appointments set in any way can be viewed through the APP which allows them to be placed, together with other personal commitments, in the device calendar.
For each appointment, a PDF document is available and downloadable containing all the necessary information such as the access code, informed consent, preparations, any necessary preparatory exams and any other useful information.
The APP also displays the results of laboratory tests, the result of which must be promptly made available to the user, such as the INR, the anticovid swab.
For patients with celiac disease, users of gluten-free products, the APP makes available the authorization code necessary for the free collection of the products in the pharmacy or in the affiliated shops and the report of the residual availability in the month.
The App is under continuous development and evolutionary steps are foreseen with which to add further features.
