An App to improve the service to passengers and visitors of the Mexico City International Airport (AICM) that integrates
in one place all the information on flights, services and recurring responses required by the hundreds of thousands of people who visit this airport every day.
The AICM offers an App designed for users and developed to improve the user experience and solve their needs from the palm of their hand. AICM Experience revolutionizes the way of passing through the Mexico City International Airport with real-time information sources, business directory and communication content, which serve to inform, communicate and alert the user.
AICM Experience will also be a means of interaction, entertainment and transactionality between the user and the AICM business and service providers.
The main features of the launch are: flight guide and notices about their status; Personalization of the App according to terminal 1 or 2 used by each passenger; Shopping Guide; Food and Beverage Directory; Access to the Vuela Seguro platform to fill out the health questionnaires to fly; guided maps to locate any establishment; airport services menu; Transportation services menu from the AICM; frequent questions; 24 hour passenger assistance.
In a next version we will add Online Shopping to collect items in store or at delivery counters; congestion information from security filters; reservation and payment of parking spaces; reservation and payment of all means of transportation available at the airport; and much more.
