Mangania is an app that lets you download and read hundreds of manga from the comfort of your Android. You can search for specific manga by name to find the ones you're looking for, check out the most popular ones, or see the latest updates.
When you find a manga that interests you, you just have to tap it and select the issue you want to read. Then, you can either download the manga to your device or read it using the app (without having to download it).
