The ColisPrivé application allows you to follow, in real time, parcels entrusted to Colis Privé, whatever the sign where you ordered your parcels. Simply fill in the parcel number or the first 3 characters of the name of the sign and your customer number.
Colis Privé offers you 2 offers:
- Easy: your package is delivered to you at home, either in mailboxes, or in own hands, or to a third person. If you are absent, the teams of Colis Privé take care of delivering your parcel in the relay closest to your home. Colis Privé then sends you an e-mail or an SMS to inform you of the address of the relay and its schedules.
- Bis: your parcel is delivered to you at home, either in mailboxes, or in own hands, or to a third person. If you are absent, the Colis Privé teams offer you 3 re-delivery solutions (at your home, a third person, one of the 4500 relays).
At any time, you can follow the steps of your package: on the application or on our website www.colisprive.fr
In case of delivery concerns, you can also file a claim directly from the app. This function is accessible at the bottom of the package detail screen.
