App Description
My Bupa Latin America gives you access to your Global Latin America benefits and much more, such as how you monitor your vital signs.

Thanks to a technology called Transdermal Optical Imaging, our app processes are almost indiscernible changes in facial blood flow, from videos captured in our Vital Signs feature, with the front camera of any Smartphone.

In addition, you will be able to enjoy many more services and tools such as:

- Access to Healthy Mind and Video Consultation services that will allow you to access a health specialist whenever you need it.

- Detailed information about your policy and access to your insurance Bupa card.

- Manage your reimbursements and pre-authorizations through our online portal in a quick and easy way.

- Access to the largest network of health care providers in the world.

- Contact us anywhere in the world.

- Monitor your daily activity through devices.

- Health programs

In the App we request the following permissions:

- Location: For Virtual Care services.

- Camera: For video consultations.

- Microphone: For video consultations.

- Your daily activity will be automatically incorporated from the following applications: Apple Health, Google Fit, Garmin, Polar, Strava...

- Other required data that allow the correct use of the App.

Virtual Care services (Healthy Mind, Video Consultation, Connected Health, Health Programs and Vital Signs measurement) will not be available for users located in the USA.

Vital Signs measurement services are not a substitute for the clinical judgment of a healthcare professional. This service is intended to enhance your knowledge of your general well-being and does not diagnose, treat, mitigate or prevent any disease, symptom, disorder or abnormal physical condition. Consult with a health care professional or emergency services if you think you may have a medical problem.
