can also provide feedback on how effective these suggestions are, to help keep track of what

⁃Keep track of your progress - With our Progress Chart, you can provide daily updates on
your loved ones mood and your caregiving progress, with tools such as Mood scale, a 1-5 scale
for tracking general mood, and the Daily Log, an open-ended journal to provide detailed
accounts of your caregiving efforts.
⁃Discover long-term trends - With our Trend Calendar, you can observe and recall our
progress in monthly intervals, allowing you to observe potential trends in behavior by viewing
your daily updates from your Progress Chart and Actionable Guides.
