AuroScholar is a nationwide micro-scholarship program with a focus on encouraging K-12 students in India to improve their learning outcomes. With a one-of-its-kind format, AuroScholar incentives learning through monthly micro scholarships that act as a learning for the students.
AuroScholar, an educational e-scholarship app, empowers students and parents to utilize the scholarship amount to pay for their education-based expenses, in addition to providing them valuable insights about their weak areas.

Benefits:
AuroScholar app is a free learning app that encourages students to improve their learning outcomes. That means, if a student fails to achieve the target performance in the first attempt, she/he stands two more chances of appearing for the same scholarship quiz online in a month. This promotes remedial learning for Indian students.
AuroScholar app enables teachers and parents to mentor students better and solves their problems efficiently. When a student take scholarship quiz each month, this online learning app generates learning reports that incorporate areas of improvement and recommendation. Teachers and parents can use this analytics report to help students enhance their academic performance.

AuroScholar App works as follows:
Teachers’ Orientation: This program works with thousands of school teachers who are oriented about the AuroScholar app through webinars.
Invitations for Students: The teachers register with the AuroScholar programme and send invitations to students for taking the online scholarship exam.
Scholarship Quizzes: Once students accept the invitation and register on the app, they attempt curriculum-aligned 10 min free scholarship quizzes. Each quiz comprises 10 multiple choice questions and students can take a maximum of 4 Quizzes/month for each of the 5 Subjects (English, Maths, Science, Social Science, Native Language).
Students Win Scholarships: Students attempt the quiz and if they achieve target performance (80%), they receive INR 50 per month and each student can receive a maximum of INR 1,000 per month as free scholarship. The amount is transferred into their parents’ mobile wallets.
Re-attempt the Quizzes: If a student does not achieve the set target performance, he or she can study harder and can then retake the Quiz twice a month to win e-scholarship online.
Student Learning Analytics: Based on the multiple quizzes taken by students, Auro Scholar, generates learning reports of the students. These learning reports are made available to students, teachers, and parents who use these reports to help the students.
Schools Level Learning Analytics: Learning analytics data of each student is updated in real-time into the Learning Management System (LMS) being used at school level, district level, or state level.
Teachers Webinars: Monthly webinars or school meetings are conducted to motivate students to enhance their performance by taking online scholarship exams.
Felicitation of Students and Teachers: The teachers who help a large number of students receive scholarships in India Are awarded by Sri Aurobindo Society at the District, State, and National level.
